Assistant Director of Partnership/Development

Jazmine Ladouceur is the Founder of Noire Wine Lounge—a contemporary wine experience that spotlights and celebrates BIPOC vintners, wineries, wine brands and artists. She is an Alum of The James Beard Foundation Legacy Network ’23-’24 cohort recognized as an emerging BIPOC professional in the Food & Beverage industry. NOIRE curates and participates in wine events for wine brands, non-profit organizations, opening exhibits for Art Gallery’s, collaborating with Black Pot Supper Club feat. Chef Martin Draluck (Netflix: High On The Hog) and other fine dining experiences including The James Beard Foundation as well as consulting with restaurants as the Beverage Director in the creation of their wine & beverage program. For each event she curates the wine selection and serves as the sommelier on-site.

Prior to working within the Wine Industry, Jazmine began her career with one of the largest theatre companies in the nation as part of the Development/Institutional Giving team and she also has previous experience as the Director of Strategic Partnerships with an international tech startup developing the long-term goals and vision for the company. She is born, raised and based in Los Angeles, CA.
