For nearly a decade, Diesha Banner has been transforming North Carolina’s cocktail scene. As owner and beverage director of A Glass Above, a top beverage catering and consulting firm, she blends creativity, experience, and fun to offer exceptional full-service and educational drink experiences nationwide. A champion for minority businesses, Diesha actively fosters partnerships and ensures access to opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs. A graduate of Black Upstart and LaunchRaleigh, she dedicates herself to educating and empowering aspiring leaders. She’s a member of Leadership Raleigh and serves as Vice President of the RDU USBG Chapter. Her work has been featured in publications like Brides and Weddings and Capitol Romance, and she’s a recipient of the prestigious Women of the Vine and Spirits Foundation scholarship.
