Meg has been in the alcohol beverage industry since 2000, starting at E&J Gallo Winery after graduating from the University of Maryland. She held various positions at Gallo Wine Company before joining E&J Gallo Winery and becoming a Director of Sales. Meg played a significant role in promoting diversity and was involved in employee resource groups. In 2022, she took a leave of absence to join Alixir Company | BEV as the SVP of Sales, a female-founded beverage start-up focused on creating positive social experiences.

Later that year, Meg returned to Gallo as a National Director, where she focused on process improvement and interdepartmental communication. She completed her MBA from USC Marshall School of Business in 2023 and plans to teach at her alma mater in the fall. Meg resides in Redondo Beach with her spouse and three children.
