With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, Nefra has worked in law firms, startups, non-profits, and large companies. She has a background in marketing, business consulting, event production, relationship and partnership building, and growing and mentoring diverse teams.

Nefra has taken the stage at the ABA TECHSHOW, the Clio Cloud Conference, and keynoted other legal conferences across North America. She is known for her practical presentations that help lawyers streamline processes and run better businesses, while keeping mental health and wellness at the forefront. She coaches others who want to be better public speakers around confidently owning the stage and magnifying their presence.

Nefra is a graduate of the University of Miami. Nefra is passionate about mindset shifts, the power of human connection, and elevating diverse voices in all spaces. When she’s not spending time with her fiancé Nick and their dogs, she loves beach time, doing yoga, traveling, and enjoying a good bottle of wine.
