The Future Leader Program Application

Program Overview: The Future Leader Program will run from March 2025 through December 2025. FLP participants will be paired with a mentor, engage in quarterly educational calls, and have access to one-on-one career coaching. Future’s Leader Program participants will also have the exciting opportunity to attend our all expenses paid 8-day 2025 Immersion in Italy in late August. This immersive experience will provide an in-depth educational dive into Italian wine, culture, and business.

Application Deadline:

Applications for The Future Leader Program will be accepted until February 3rd 2025. Final candidates will be announced by early-March.

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

– 3+ years of experience in the beverage industry
– Aspirations for leadership positions
– Current possession of, or ability to obtain a valid U.S. Passport (expiration no sooner than March 2026)

Application Process:

To apply, please complete the online application (this should take about an hour to complete) with a letter of recommendation by February 3. Additionally, email a two-minute video to info@theveraisonproject.com, answering the prompt: “Why do you want to be a part of The Veraison Project’s Future Leader Program?”

Candidate Expectations:

– Attendance at a minimum of 3 quarterly TVP educational meetings
– Establishing a minimum of one connection with a mentor each quarter
– Completion of an end of year group project
